  1. Chop and take 2-3 onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomatoes and make a paste of it in a mixer grinder..
  2. Wash the chicken properly in a bowl then add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 egg, turmeric powder, cornflour and red chilli powder. Marinate and keep aside..
  3. Heat oil in pan and half fry the chicken..

  6. Then add onions and add a little bit of salt and turmeric powder then fry till it turns translucent..
  7. Add the grinded mixture that was prepared at first, capsicum and the half fried chicken and fry till the raw smell of the mixture disappears..
  8. Then add the rest of the tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes turn soft..
  9. Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and fry till the raw smell disappears..
  10. Garnish it with spring onions and serve..
